Client Spotlight: Elsa Borsa Life Coach
What is a Client Spotlight?
I get to meet some pretty badass business owners are at LCC. And when I say badass, I mean like so badass I cannot keep it to myself.
So, each branding client I work with gets the chance to shine (and show off their new brand) here on the blog.
Meet Elsa Borsa
Joy Advocate and Life Coach
1. Tell us about your business in 3 sentences or less.
I’m a joy advocate and coach for women who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and riddled with feelings of not being enough. I help them to quiet the critic inside their heads, learn to accept the truest versions of themselves, and reclaim the joy in their every day!
Elsa's Brand Refresh...
After being in business as a life coach for a year and a half, Elsa trusted myself and LLC with her brand refresh. She was ready to invest in a brand that would truly match her passion to serve and uplift women.
We worked together to dig deep behind her why and her motivation to do what she does and the end result is a beautifully curated brand that showcases her passion and her values.
Elegant, Bright, & Trustworthy
2. Okay, now let's rewind. Starting from the beginning, what is your story?
I’m a highly sensitive soul and have been since childhood. As a child and into adulthood I carried the weight of the world on my shoulders. I always felt like I was not quite right and that I didn’t fit in. I always felt like I was missing a key part of the puzzle to being “ok” and acceptable. As I moved into adulthood and into motherhood, being a woman who just felt too much started to take its toll. I fell into a really dark place filled with anxiety and depression. My life was ruled by my to-do list and my feelings of inadequacy and failure were larger than life. I knew I needed to make some changes, and somehow I knew the change had to be within me. I had no idea where to start, but I reached out.
The journey back to me has been long and really hard at times, but life has never looked so good. For a long time I questioned why I had to go through such suffering in my mind and in my heart, but as I climbed higher and higher out of the dark hole and into the light I realized I have been blessed with the ability to see things from a unique perspective. My desire to create change and make women’s lives better was a gift, and I could use my journey to help other women to know they are not alone, they do not have to suffer in silence, and they hold immense power inside of them to not only better themselves, but to better the world we live in.
When I became a life coach a year and a half ago, I really didn’t know how I was going to use all I had learned- I just knew I was meant for something big. Over the last 18 months I’ve gone through so much personal growth and I’ve helped numerous women transform their beliefs about themselves, gain a deeper understanding of their passions and desires, and bring a new level of joy into their lives. I can’t imagine doing anything else and I’m so excited for all the future holds!
3. How has being a woman effected your entrepreneurial journey?
Absolutely! As a wife, multiple business owner, and mom to three young kiddos, my own business has been largely built around whatever else is going on in our busy life. There are times that something has to get put to the back burner and my business often ends up being that thing. Finding balance is a constant learning curve!
I also have a deep appreciation for what my femininity can bring to the table in my business. The sensitivity, passion, and quiet strength I possess as a woman has allowed me to create a meaningful business that I am so proud of!

4. What has been the most rewarding part of starting your own business so far?
The most rewarding part? Definitely the certainty that I’m meant to be on this path. The awareness that I’m here to make a difference and I’ve been given the desire to make big things happen is fulfilling on a level I’ve never experienced before!
5. What is/was your biggest motivation to start your own business?
Truly, this sounds cliche, but it was definitely to serve and support other women. My business was and continues to be a vehicle for me to say the things no one wants to say, show other women they’re not alone, and give women permission to be exactly who they are.
